As a woman, do you find weight loss difficult? The reason I ask is from the perspective of a man, I hear that a lot, and I sympathize with you. It is difficult for anyone to lose weight, but I acknowledge that women have different challenges that can be more difficult to overcome.
Don’t see that a man wrote this and feel like you would rather get advice from other women. Maybe it’s time for a little added fresh perspective.
1. Try Lunges:
You might be shocked by what I recommend, and it might shake up your workouts a little. How about those lunges? If you don’t like lunges, I urge you to give them a try.
You can even add a medicine ball or dumbbell weights to the picture. I didn’t like lunges at first either. However, you feel a certain sense of accomplishment after you lunge across the entire room, not all at once of course.
You do need space to do lunges, and if you don’t have enough space indoors where you are at, you can use the excuse to spend some time outdoors.
Lunges will give you that same sense of accomplishment, and you will be on your way to conditioning your body and shedding those pounds. And by the way, if you want to step it up a notch, you can try explosive lunges.
Squats are also great exercises for helping you to lose weight. Notice so far that there is an emphasis on strength conditioning. Cardiovascular exercise is so important and must be addressed, but strength training exercises are a must when trying to lose weight.
Especially if you are acknowledging that weight loss is a challenge to you, strength training exercises can make a difference.
For one thing, strength training isn’t just about helping you drop the weight. It is about shaping and contouring your body.
3. What other exercises can be a big help?
The experts recommend jump roping, and that might sound like a relief. You can leave the strength training exercises to the side for a minute and simply jump rope.
That should get you started or add more exercises to your daily regimen and arsenal. Don’t stop looking though, and get as much advice as you can.
Those pounds can fall off, but you have to do your best to keep working hard. Stay focused on your weight loss goals, and use these weight loss exercises for women that have been described.
